The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment. The applicable rates* are:

Shipping price does not include duty or customs charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside the European Union. The brand will not be responsible for these expenses.
Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase.
If after two attempts delivery of your parcel becomes impossible, we will try to find a safe place to leave it, and will also email you to let you know where your parcel is and how to pick it up. If you are not going to be in the place of delivery at the convened time, please contact us to agree on another delivery date.
If 15 days after your parcel is available for delivery the parcel has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you want to cancel the agreement and it will therefore be terminated. Following said termination, we will refund you the price paid for such products as soon as possible and in any event within a maximum of 30 days from the date in which we deem the agreement to be terminated. In such case, we will be authorised to charge you the transportation costs arising from the shipping and termination costs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise with tags attached within 15 days of receiving the order.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
You have to follow these steps:
1. Send an email to with your order number, the name of the product that you want to send back, and the reason.
2. Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email with the prepaid return label* and the date scheduled to pick up.
3. The returned articles should be packaged in original condition with the original labels.
*There is a fee for every return that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
The product must be in perfect conditions and the original labels need to be included.
If you want to make an exchange for another size, you will need to make a return and place a new order. Please, email us at to get a refund on the shipping costs that may be added to your second order.
We take extensive care of making sure that all our packages are securely packed and inspected before being sent. In the event that a defective, damaged or incorrect product arrives, please contact us via within 48 hours. We will arrange a return and/or exchange and Salvage will cover costs for both shipping and return*.
If the items are received in poor conditions, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.
* Until we receive an item in our studio, it remains the customer’s responsibility.
